Booking Procedures for Rental Properties
Decide on which property you would like to rent.
Call, email or fax us with the name of the property and the dates you want to rent the property. Please have alternate dates in mind if you are only interested in a particular property, or alternate properties if you are tied to a particular date. We may have other properties available that are not yet listed on our website.
We are happy to speak with you at your convenience, so if we need to get back to you outside of regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm pacific time) let us know in an email and we'll call you at your specified time.
If you are interested in renting a property, request a hold on that property. We can hold a property for only 5 days. Complete and return to Euro Escapes the Booking Form enclosed with a deposit of 50% of the weekly property rental. If we do not receive a deposit by credit card or check within 5 days, we will have to let the property go. To book by credit card, just print and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form, which is the second page of the Booking Form PDF and fax them to us at 971-544-0381.
Once we receive your deposit along with Booking Form and the Credit card Authorization Form, we will send you a receipt and confirmation. Full payment must be received 90 days prior to your arrival at the property. See Terms and Conditions for more information.
There may be supplemental charges for particular properties. Charges such as a security deposit will be noted on the Information page of the property you wish to rent. There are no hidden charges.
If you cancel, not all of your deposit will be returned. Therefore, we recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance as protection. Please read our cancellation policy under Terms and Conditions.
After receipt of the full payment, we will send you complete arrival information: where you will collect the keys and directions for reaching the property/apartment. We are also happy to help you develop an itinerary or give any other information you want about the area.
