As seasoned European travelers, we can recommend sites and
activities that are not always featured in travel guides. We’ll recommend
neighborhoods, towns and villages that reflect the true face of Europe. Of
course, if its your first trip to Paris you’ll want to see the Eiffel Tower,
Notre Dame and all the usual Paris delights, but you might also want to leave
the beaten path. For example, you might want to visit the Marmatton, an
Empire-style mansion that contains some of the most important works of Monet and
his friends, or the Guimet, one of the finest Asiatic art museums in the world. Or visit what has been called the most perfect plaza in
Europe, the Place des Vosges. If your interest is Parisian nightlife, the ballet, a
great jazz bar or a meal that is not over-priced, we’ll give you lots of ideas
and options.
The same goes for London; there is a lot more to see than
just Big Ben, Buckingham Palace or a great play. But it all depends on your interests
and tastes…not ours.
